Associate Consultants are young professionals with basic business experience and great enthusiasm.
Associate Consultants are Team Members for consulting projects. Specific responsibilities vary depending on the Consulting Team, but typically include: Conducting research; setting up and scheduling interviews; conducting interviews with less demanding interviewees; identifying candidates; documenting interviews; data processing and data analysis; identifying and interpreting key findings; and contributing to the preparation of deliverables.
Associate Consultants also play a role in upholding MinRui’s corporate culture and driving MinRui’s continuous development by starting to demonstrate best practice working habits.
Requirements
Well-educated with bachelor degree or above
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English speaking and writing/reading
