Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for all internships involves:
- Applications: A review of applications based on Cover Letters and Resumes.
- First Round: Invitations to first round interviews with our Recruitment Team.
- Second Round: Invitations to second round interviews with a Practice Director.
- Offers: Final selection and offer making.
If you are interested in applying for an internship with MinRui, please refer to our Career Contact page, and provide us with your Resume (in English) and a Cover Letter (again, in English) that addresses the following issues:
- Why you would like to do an internship in a search firm.
- Where the internship will fit into your studies (during or following).
- Your career plan following graduation.
- Your preferred start date and duration (in cases of flexibility).
We will inform you of the recruitment timeframe and recontact you once we start the recruitment process.
