At the beginning of a search, MinRui Consultant and search associate will sit down with you to better learn your organization and your culture. Meeting with both Human Resources and the Hiring Manager we will examine the experiences, personality traits, and expertise required to succeed in your organization.
Following that meeting, we'll build our Electronic Search Control Notebook. This document will include the Opportunity Profile (Job Description), projected timeline and overall go to market strategies.

Our goal is to find our clients the best talent and fit on every single search we lead. Our active recruiting efforts include calling pre-determined target companies and individuals, working our network base of contacts across the country, and reviewing relevant contacts in our proprietary database.
Once a mutual interest has been developed with a potential candidate, MinRui conducts an in-depth telephone screen with the individual. This telephone screen will cover all facets of his/her background. Information is used from the initial needs assessment meeting to determine if the candidate would be a fit for your specifications and has the qualifications to do the job.
When a fit is determined, a formal written evaluation will be compiled by MinRui - detailing the candidates' work history, responsibilities, and why we feel they are a fit for your organization.
Finally, rest assured that we never stop recruiting until an offer has been accepted by a candidate.

As we move to the Interview Phase, MinRui will help you with all elements of scheduling. We will continue to manage this process with all candidates you are scheduled to meet through final interviews.
Once you have decided to move forward with one or two final candidates, we conduct formal reference checking on each final candidate on a 360° basis. We will ask questions that drill down to the core competencies and specific skills relevant to your search.
At the offer stage, we remain active in the search and will stay close with each of the final candidates, making sure all of their questions and concerns have been addressed. All of the Partners at MinRui have extensive experience in offer extending and negotiation.
Once the selected candidate joins your organization, we will continue to follow-up with all parties to ensure mutual satisfaction and a smooth transition.
