Senior Consultants are experienced professionals with strong consulting expertise and great commitment. Moreover, they have the potential to earn ‘moral authority’ within the company at the level of the Consulting Practice.
Senior Consultants are Project Managers for complex projects. Project management responsibilities generally include client management, leading the team and driving the process, as well as delivery of results. The specific responsibilities vary depending on the Consulting Team.
Senior Consultants play a very important role in upholding MinRui’s corporate culture and driving MinRui’s continuous development. Senior Consultants have responsibility for helping junior colleagues define how MinRui’s corporate values should be interpreted in each context, for demonstrating best practice working habits within the Consulting Practice for junior colleagues to emulate, and for being the Performance Coach of several junior colleagues.
Senior Consultants contribute to MinRui’s marketing activities.
Requirements
Proven stability:
Past: Minimum of 1 year with the company.
Future: Minimum of 3 years with the company.
Bachelor degree or above.
5+ years of working experience as a Consultant in search firm.
Strong analysis and judgment ability.
Excellent communication skill both in English and Chinese.
Work under pressure with changing requirements.
Active,self-motivated,confident,teamwork spirit.
Willingness and ability to learn and develop independently.
