  职位描述：
  Responsibility:
  
  1.Responsible for the management of engineering process, projects and team to meet operational goals outlined.
  
  2.Provides direction to engineering team according to established policies and management guidance; administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
  
  3.Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
  
  4.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.
  
  5.Provides general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., engineering, technicians).
  
  
  
  Qualification:
  
  1.B. S. degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
  
  2.Above 8 Years of related working experience in engineering field / manufacturing plant.
  
  3.Eager to learn, can do attitude and good problem solving skill.
  
  4.Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
