  职位描述：
  MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  + Set up regional education strategy
  + Build up solid relationship with national and regional key opinion leaders
  + Execute regional education program
  + Provide sales technical skills training courses and integrated sales training programs with product training and therapy training
  + Help training manager to develop the core sales training curriculum
  + Follow up marketing strategy and activities to ensure the implementation in the field
  + T-FOJT( Technical Field On Job Training)
  + Follow up and impletement Pump center program
  JOB QUALIFICATION
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  Knowledge / Education
  Bachelor degree,
  PREFERENCES: Medical background with clinical experience
  
  Job Experience
  3 Years or more sales experience in multinational pharmaceutical or medical device company
  More than 2 years work experience in Diabetes industry
  
  PREFERENCES: Sales Manager or supervisor, local marketing, local education or local trainer
  
  Skills / Competency
  Interpersonal Communication Skills
  Self motivation and good personality
  Leadership skills and training skills as well as computer skills
  Competence to energize other staff
  Team player
  Good skill in presentation and organizing activities
  
  PREFERENCES: Fluent English and Windows Office
