Accountability :
+ To ensure that VS can fulfill all customer orders on time in full, with the right quality and at the right cost.
+ To ensure that VS operation are compliant with Regulatory Requirements, Corporate Policies, GMP and EHS requirements, ensuring SOPs are in place and in use.
+ To ensure delivery of departmental budget and CAPEX.
+ To manage and mitigate VS operational risks.
+ To ensure that VS operation is continuously improving to support delivery of site vision.
+ To ensure audits and CAPAs are carried out as planned and are effective.
+ To manage and build a productive and competent VS organization.
+ To ensure clear two way communication between management team and operators.
+ To manage staff performance and development through effective performance management.
+ To ensure teams and individuals are recognized and rewarded for performance and exemplary behaviors.
+ To develop strategic capabilities and competencies in support of site vision.
+ To provide a safe and conducive environment that inspires and motivates staff to do their best work.
+ To ensure required knowledge is acquired (e.g. training & best practice introduction) and retained (including tacit knowledge).
+ To ensure business continuity through effective succession planning.
Key Competencies专业知识:
+ University graduate or higher in relevant field.
+ Good people management skills
+ Appropriate level of experience( Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing )
+ Broad base of knowledge (Be familiar with GMP, GLP and other relative national regulation; GQP/GQG/FPG/CAP requirements.)
+ Commercial awareness of business environment
+ Good problem solving skill
+ Strong leadership and influencing abilities
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Good communication skill including English oral and written skills
+ Good training & mentoring skills
